Cat eye effect powder

Used to give cat eye effect to your nails using a special magnet

Instructions for use:

• A layer of Base Coat
• 2 Layers of black varnish
• On the sticky substance of the black varnish, apply the Cat eye powder and rub it well to spread on the surface of the nail.
• With a soft brush, gently clean the surface of the nail from dust residue.
• Apply the Top coat without polymerizing it in the oven.
• Place the magnet for Cat Eye at a distance of 2-3 mm from the nail for 10 seconds
• Then we polymerize in the nail oven
